Our system was designed to be user friendly and intuitive, which minimizes the amount of training needed. We also offer unlimited training to make your sure your staff is fully prepared.

"How quickly can we expect to see improvements in our reconciliation process after integrating PraxisPay?"

Reporting is all real-time. There is no waiting on batches to close, or funds to settle. This ensures your end-of-day reports are 100% accurate on day one.

"Can PraxisPay handle various forms of payment methods including insurance, HSA, and FSA cards?"

Praxis pay handles all major brands: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and HAS/FSA Cards.

"Does PraxisPay offer a feature to set up payment plans for our patients?"

Our Recurring payments feature allows you to setup automatic payment plans for your patients.  No more writing credit card numbers down, or adding calendar events. The system handles all of this for you.

"How does PraxisPay handle deposits? Is it possible to track deposits by location if we have multiple practice locations?"

Praxis Pay provides Next Day funding as late as 7:50pm EST. Our system was designed with multi-location practices in mind. Easily switch between accounts and see real time deposit reports without logging in and out of web portals.

"Can PraxisPay handle multiple currencies in case we have international patients?"

PraxisPay is only available inside the continental United States and supports USD.

"What happens if we encounter technical issues? How fast is the response time and problem resolution?"

Our support bot is right inside our app. If you have an issue or question, we’re only a click away, and our response times are generally within minutes.

"Are there any particular software requirements to run PraxisPay effectively in our practice? What if we do not use any practice management software?"

Our only requirement is a windows-based Windows 10 machine or later. You do not have to use our universal bridge. We also have many happy clients that utilize our awesome features in standalone mode.

"Can PraxisPay integrate with other software besides practice management, such as scheduling or electronic health records software?"

All of our reports are real-time, so your information is available instantly.

"How much can I potentially save on payment processing fees with surcharging?"

“What is surcharging, is it compliant?”

Surcharge is passing the cost of credit cards to your patients ONLY if they use credit cards. The fee is not passed if they use debit cards. Giving the patient a choice helps drive a lower cost for both you and the patient.

“Will surcharging affect my patients' payment experience in any way? Do I need to inform my patients about the surcharge? If so, how should I go about it?”

When surcharge is turned on, the terminal will display an additional fee to notify the patient and gives them a chance to cancel to use debit instead. The amount will also be displayed on the receipt.

"Can I opt out of the surcharge program if I find it's not a good fit for my practice?"

Offices love giving the patient payment choices while also saving (a lot of) money. Altough, if for some reason you want to switch back to traditional processing it’s a simple request.
